In case of modification, the general conditions of download in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.

Article 2 Rights relating to products and services Intellectual property.
2-1 The offers of products and services from the company DB Alternative SARL as well as the prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website francevfr.com of the company DB Alternative SARL. The images, logos and texts used on this site are protected. Any unauthorized use of these is therefore prohibited.
2-2 All the products of the company DB Alternative SARL are protected by the laws in force on French territory and international conventions on intellectual property. Any reproduction or partial or total distribution, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. Anyone not respecting these provisions will be guilty of the offense of counterfeiting and will be liable to the criminal penalties provided for by law. Article 3 - Order - Provision of software.
3-1 The data collected from the customer by the company DB Alternative SARL and possibly its secure Internet payment provider for the proper processing of the order will be used to prove the download service contract between the customer and the company DB Alternative SARL.
3-2 At the end of the secure payment procedure once the latter has been accepted and confirmed, the order is deemed to be enforceable against the company DB Alternative SARL, unless derogation from Article 3-5. The customer will then receive the following information by email:
- a confirmation letter from DB Alternative SARL or its secure Internet payment service provider indicating that the banking transaction has gone smoothly, and summarizing the personal information collected as well as the name (s) and the ( s) price of the product (s) paid. The transaction number is the essential documentary evidence of the transaction. It must be kept and communicated for any support request.

3-3 The company DB Alternative SARL is considered to have made the software (s) available to the customer when it sent the email address or download addresses (URL) of the product (s) ) ordered as well as any codes or activation keys.
3-4 The customer has 10 days to download his purchase. Once the download has been made, DB Alternative SARL is not required to keep the download addresses (URLs) of the ordered product (s) active or to provide new ones. 3-5 By way of derogation from Article 3-2, the company DB Alternative SARL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a previous open sale.
3-6 The company DB Alternative SARL cannot be held responsible for a defect in the routing or distribution of letters. In the event of non-receipt, the customer will contact support to obtain their download addresses (URL) for the product (s) ordered as well as any codes or activation keys.
Article 4 - Price - Secure payment.

The company DB Alternative SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice, the prices in force being those at the time of the secure payment procedure on the internet.

Article 5 - Guarantee - Liability.

DB Alternative SARL cannot guarantee operation on all available or future operating systems. It is therefore up to the customer to refer to the information concerning the contexts of use required as well as the operating systems supported.
5-2 The company DB Alternative SARL can not be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure as defined by case law, disruption or partial or total strike including internet services under the responsibility of access providers to the internet.
